Founded INDESTRL, an e-commerce and technology startup focused on commodity trading in the spirits industry. Oversaw all aspects of business operations, including team leadership, budgeting, payroll, and stakeholder engagement. In addition to the core trading platform, I spearheaded initiatives in the AEC space, integrating LiDAR scanning and XR app development to deliver immersive, data-driven experiences. Worked with a global team of architects, product developers, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable solutions, supported by clear business process documentation and agile delivery.

During my time at FARO Technologies, I was responsible for defining and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework to support key business objectives. I collaborated closely with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure technology investments aligned with strategic goals and added value. I helped develop architecture principles, standards, and guidelines while also contributing to the creation of technology roadmaps and architectural blueprints. In this short but impactful period, I evaluated emerging technologies and recommended solutions that could drive scalable, future-ready outcomes. Additionally, I provided oversight and governance within the EA framework, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring consistency across solutions. I worked to promote a collaborative, business-aligned approach to enterprise architecture during my time with the team.

At WestRock, I led efforts to modernize and scale our enterprise architecture practice by developing a comprehensive roadmap that aligned people, processes, and technology. One of my core responsibilities was supporting the machinery division’s global strategy of “Design Anywhere, Build Anywhere, Service Anywhere.” To do this, I created a unified business process framework powered by ERP, CRM, and PLM systems, which contributed to a $50 million increase in revenue. I collaborated across teams to build a library of standardized, reusable digital capabilities aligned with our key value streams, including Consumer, Corrugated, Paper, and Machinery. This work was supported by the launch of a unified e-commerce platform that enhanced consistency and scalability across the business. On the technology side, I helped lead the development of IoT-enabled packaging solutions, including analytics tools, a Virtual Expert system, and a digital library that made setup and training more efficient using AWS. I also played a key role in improving enterprise observability by implementing KPI tracking around metrics like mean time to respond, detect, and repair. These insights gave the organization a much clearer picture of system performance and operational health. To support innovation at scale, I established and governed a Power Platform Center of Excellence that helped expand low-code development capabilities. I also guided the strategy behind enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, ensuring alignment with WestRock’s Path2One transformation goals.

At Novelis, I led the alignment of IT strategy with business goals by simplifying the enterprise application portfolio and driving modernization across both IT and OT. My focus was on delivering scalable, resilient solutions that supported manufacturing, finance, and enterprise-wide transformation. I built the Enterprise Architecture function from the ground up, introducing a capability-driven approach and governance model covering technology intake, evaluation, and service delivery. I led the integration strategy for a $2.5B acquisition involving 300+ applications, and also designed a legacy modernization plan to streamline systems and reduce technical debt. I selected Power Apps as our low-code platform, launched a Power Platform Center of Excellence, and established governance to scale citizen development across the organization. In manufacturing, I rolled out a Global MES across three sites and migrated it to Azure. I also led the architecture for a greenfield aluminum plant and developed a standard integration architecture aligned with ISA-95. On the enterprise side, I drove the adoption of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform, working across teams to align infrastructure, security, and vendor strategies. Supported the SAP transformation to S/4HANA and Azure, resulting in $30M in operational efficiencies across multiple locations. I introduced MuleSoft as our integration standard, led platform governance, and modernized file transfer with Thru MFT and Azure CI/CD. I championed digital initiatives like a VR forklift simulator for EHS training and process mining with Celonis. I also supported procurement in vendor negotiations to unlock cost savings and boost capacity.
