My role focuses on: Defining the scope of reconditioning and feasibility for critical equipment Aligning technical processes with operational reliability and risk control Streamlining workflows to reduce turnaround time without compromising engineering discipline Supporting decision-making on equipment suitability, reconditioning depth, and lifecycle considerations This work sits at the intersection of engineering judgment, operational execution, and risk-aware decision-making. Alongside my current role, I bring over two decades of experience in Academia and professional training, where I have taught and mentored Management and Engineering cohorts, and delivered executive-level learning in applied management and professional skills. This background informs how I structure technical knowledge, communicate risk, and translate engineering realities into operational decisions.
