My passion for people and culture defines my career. I am a global leader with expertise in inclusion and diversity, talent development, and culture shaping. I partner with C-suite leaders to develop breakthrough initiatives that meet organizational goals and produce sustainable results. My impact is built on creating meaningful connections with and between people, respecting the power of communication, developing people beyond their perceived limits, and using my voice – for all. Born in the US and currently residing in Paris, I have had the privilege of living and working in seven countries across three continents. I’m at my best taking the seed of an idea to full-blown reality. I thrive on influencing and guiding diverse stakeholders through change and transformation. I'm known for building high-performing teams, making bold decisions, and challenging the status-quo. I fully believe in creating human connection and empathy through the power of storytelling. My lived experience as the daughter of immigrants in the US is the axis on which my world spins. It drives me to create environments where all are authentically seen, heard, and valued.
