Project: SEVEN P5 - Madinah Entertainment Complex  Evaluated and certified contractors’ interim payment applications in coordination with the supervision team to verify physical work progress.  Assessed variation claims for time and cost, including scope changes, provisional sums, and PC rate adjustments.  Managed the change control process, ensuring all variations were properly documented and approved.  Monitored project budget performance, identifying cost overruns and recommending corrective actions.  Maintained cost reports, tracking forecasts, risks, and cash flow.  Drafted and finalized contract agreements for package contractors.  Reviewed and responded to contractual and commercial correspondence.  Attended meetings and provided commercial input to relevant stakeholders.  Reviewed and responded to EOT and prolongation claims, including narratives, programs, and substantiation.
