Hey! I'm Kalina, I work in product development, but what I do is take ideas, problems, & concepts and turn them into things people actually want to wear or train in and with. I’m hands-on with everything, fabrics, fits, vendors, timelines, naming, and strategy. I like being in the middle of it all because that’s where the impact is made!I’m good at making sense of chaos or living in it. Being given a mess is a blessing. Samples, feedback, deadlines, and factory conversations I can turn it into a plan that works. I move fast, I ask a lot of questions even if it just starts a conversation. High standards matter a lot to me as a friend and employee and I apply that to the product I make too.I work with partners all over the world, manage different categories, and keep multiple lines moving at once. It’s a lot & I like a lot. Fast moving creates pressure and pressure is a privilege that I am super lucky to have. I care about building products that feel intentional, that say something about the brand, and that athletes trust because the details were actually thought through.I want to build things that last, lead with clarity, and elevate whatever team or vendor I’m working with. If it has my name on it or its my name adjacent I want to be proud of it, and I am deeply proud of the work we do at Gymreapers.
