Train Kumon Franchisees to adhere to the Kumon Method and run profitable growing businesses. Kumon is an after school math and reading learning program designed to take students 1-2 levels above their current grade level and prepare them for High School math and reading comprehension excellence.

28 years working up through the organization culminating with supervision of 178 KMarts and 11 DM's in the mid-west generating 2 billion in sales.
