Managed project, verification, testing validation of cost reduction for construction projects. Developed engineering solutions and improvement plans to drive improvement strategies addressing design sustainability, quality, cost and compliance. • Managed $20MM construction projects for the government and city of Houston, including bridges, FAA buildings, airport remodeling, Police and Fire Department remodeling and new construction projects with 4-month ahead of time. • Supervised 9 subcontractors and collaborated with architect firms, inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and professional engineers to ensure quality and timelines were met by scheduling workload and prioritization for subcontractors, technicians, and engineers. • Successfully led the supply chain, logistics and engineering overview for new projects basis including concrete, framing, building enclosures, HVAC systems and plumbing meeting regulatory requirements and specifications.

• Led the strategy for 7 manufacturing teams to efficiently track inventory and increase production resulting in reduced lead time of 20%. • Integrated manufacturing and lean six sigma processes within the sales department to fulfill client’s supply and demand targets with critical constraints while managing 20+ accounts. • Increased productivity and utilization of facility walkabout findings throughout process units by developing KPIs for management to understand risk on critical equipment and completing actions in a timely manner. • Supervised 22 technicians manufacturing products, collaborated with Quality Control, administered rules with manufacturing teams to ensure plant compliance with OSHA regulations. • Implemented lean manufacturing and six sigma methods to make composite manufacturing workstation processes efficient, reducing waste by 25% and recycled 15% of scrap with development of recycler machines.

• Utilized oil filtration technology with a reticulated design to filter crude oil in reactors in blend with catalyst • Designed and implemented test vessels for pressure drops in oil rigs so pressure could flow steadily. • Developed a new feed filtration method that refined crude oil quicker in a petroleum refinery. • Led 3D printing projects to manufacture ceramic filters using Cinema4D software.
