Kala Manickam

I graduated with a Master of Arts (Lifelong Learning) from UOL and 30 years of working experience in HRM and Learning Development. I am an Adult Educator for 18 years, this profession is a calling where I believe that my destiny is to tap on individual potential and to advocate self-change in individuals to experience the beauty of life. I evoke a positive self–response within individuals to analytically unfold their own uniqueness. My first career was in the tourism industry, Tour Consultant for 2 years in Singapore Sightseeing and Orient Explorer. Then i join SAF, after OCS training I was appointed as the PC for the Women’s Wing. There, i designed and facilitated both classroom and field Learning for cadets in military specialisation and tactical skills. Subsequently, I moved to School of Infantry Specialist as a L&D Officer where I designed workplace-learning curriculum and facilitated programs Next, I moved to the private sector, L&D Executive at Plant Engineering Construction Pte Ltd, where I set up an On-Job Training system which was approved by ITE as the test centre for fitters and welders. With that experience, I joined the Nursing L&D Department in the SingHealth. I managed the Learning Needs Analysis for the Nurses for local and overseas deployments. Lastly I stepped out of the cooperate career to be a Self-Employed Specialist Adult Educator, where I am in partnership with established Training Institutions such as IAL, NTUC LHub, CSC, SIM, SQC, SNEF, Kaplan, TVI Institutes, MNCs & SMEs Presently, I am inspired by universe to design and develop learning for meaningful performance with balance Spiritual being in every aspect of life. Thus Oneness Creation Pte Ltd born in 2017. 1ness creation stems from the inspiration that all beings are from one source of life. It educate one to connect to every aspects of life with Spirituality, Simplicity and Humility to create the impact that we are one.  The Leanings are co-created with collaborators to Inspire, Transform and Empower people for a holistic well being. This approach is to develop an Observant, Inquiry and Listening attributes towards learning to learn to realise that self-change, is critical in ones’ actualisation.
