Hi, I'm Kajal I started my journey in Talent Acquisition as part of the Centre of Excellence team, where I worked on projects like improving feedback TAT, enhancing interviewer and panel experiences, and streamlining internal processes. This gave me a strong foundation in how hiring works behind the scenes. I’ve also worked as a Campus Recruiter, visiting multiple colleges and hiring fresh talent across roles — a role that taught me the importance of first impressions and candidate experience. Currently, I’m focused on lateral hiring, helping different teams find the right talent. I enjoy solving hiring challenges, making the process smoother, and working closely with both candidates and hiring managers to create a great experience for everyone involved. I’m someone who loves structure, pays attention to details, and believes in keeping hiring simple, human, and impactful. Always open to learning, sharing, and connecting with others in the space!
