As a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Collabera, a global digital solutions company, I find and nurture the best talent for our organization. I graduated with a BTech degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology Sciences in 2018, and I have been working with Collabera ever since. My passion is helping our clients achieve their ambitions by hiring and onboarding software engineers from various campuses across India. I have successfully placed and mentored multiple candidates, and I have also trained new joiners in our talent acquisition team.
