In my time at Shore Manufacturing I have been involved in the relaunching of a product that needed new advertisements, packaging materials, and other marketing materials. Recently I have been focusing on implementing the new Coronavirus policies, so we are able to have production be as normal as possible during these difficult times.

-Assisting the asset management team that oversees leasing and financial stability of over 5 million SF of multi-tenant office and industrial properties in the United States -Performing NPV and lease analysis on private equity fund’s properties to calculate if the potential tenant would meet the minimum fund return requirement

-Researched comparable properties, obtained data points necessary for valuation formulas, and assisted in the evaluation of financials associated with property sales -Concentrated in the investment and operations of government and privately owned multi-family properties. -Performed market analyses in order to assist with qualitative analysis. -Prepared property briefs of prospective properties in order to underwrite an asset.

-Conduct specialized research to support the firm’s business development and expansion strategies including special projects -Assisted brokers on client-facing tours in a variety of sub-markets in South Florida to better understand the process of leasing office space -Support the development of the firm’s new CRM by gathering and consolidating data with relevant information via various online tools and proprietary platforms -Assist executive leadership and Market Research Analyst with data and statistics used for pitch presentations and ownership presentations -Qualify and update data for business development opportunities across service lines and maintain CRM up to date -Generate and update stacking plans for office buildings tracked throughout the region

-Coordinating and attending meetings with contractors and developers in order to assist Kislak in the building of their new office space -Assisting in the office management by handling issues on the property, renewing leases, and meeting with brokers in order to obtain new potential tenants

Controlling finances for a national sorority that recognizes leadership achievements of Panhel- lenic sorority women

Calculating the annual and operational budget for the chapter and then systematizing the monthly payment schedules
