▪ Oversaw hiring and onboarding process of 1500+ seasonal domestic associates and 500+ international associates through iCIMS applicant tracking system, Ceridian Dayforce, Equifax, and Excel. ▪ Acted as a centralized point of contact for questions related to HR/employee training and development resources. ▪ Facilitated New Hire Orientation, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training, and Accessibility training to seasonal associates while utilizing different training methods. ▪ Managed the Dayforce Learning Management System to assist the Sr. Training Specialist and Coordinator. ▪ Conducted interviews for seasonal domestic hires through phone calls and Spark Hire.

• Administered and performed routine lawncare maintenance at 15 work sites weekly. • Operated walk-behind mowers, push mowers, string line trimmers, backpack blowers, and other assorted equipment as assigned. • Cared for established lawns by mowing, weeding, trimming, and edging around flower beds, sidewalks, and walls.
