Supervise a staff of 6 Resident Assistants and approximately 200 sophomore residential students living in a Residential College, living and learning environment. Oversee regular programming, community building, conduct and daily operations. Mentor student participants in the mission and values of the Residential College program through three main questions: Who am I? Whose am I? and How am I called?

Supervise a staff of 22 Resident Assistants, 1 Head Resident and 2 Graduate Resident Directors. Oversee an area of first and second-year students. Responsible for the facilities and maintenance of three residence halls on campus.

Facilitated weekly discussion about various social issues including race, politics, and poverty in America among first-year students in a one-credit hour, discussion-based class. Mentored a student facilitator in best practices to enhance discussion and student interaction on a weekly basis. Assigned and graded weekly reflection papers.

Supervise an 11 person staff of Resident Assistants. Serve in staff duty rotation and share on-call responsibilities with other Graduate RD staff members. Respond to crisis situations on campus as needed. Plan and organize Recognition and Integration efforts for the Department of Residence Life as a collateral assignment.

Research the effects of video perspective and double blind procedures on perceptions of eyewitness identification. Responsible for facilitating data collection in the form of video and survey to undergraduate students. Must compile and use SPSS to analyze findings under the supervision of Dr. Garrett Berman. Will aid in the process of writing the results and literature review.

Work with a diverse group of peers and residents to monitor and enforce University policies. Plan and organize eight programs per semester depicting Roger Williams University's eight core values. Communicate with administrators when incidents occur and follow appropriate procedures.

Tutor students individually or in groups of up to five in Basic Statistics to improve GPA, test scores, and general understanding of material.

Assist individuals with mental and physical disabilities in group home settings with all aspects of daily living.
