•Lead and manage on-site construction activities for diverse projects, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards. • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve seamless project workflows and maintain high productivity levels. • Conduct detailed site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project objectives are met. • Prepare and manage project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, material schedules, and cost estimations, ensuring transparency and accountability. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to address design and technical challenges, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations. • Utilize advanced drafting and design software, including AutoCAD, to review, modify, and ensure the precision of project plans and layouts. • Champion a culture of safety by enforcing stringent safety protocols, conducting regular audits, and fostering team accountability.
