Developed strategic recommendations, creative briefs, and consumer personas to support brand positioning and communication strategies. Conducted market research, category analysis, and social and cultural deep dives to uncover consumer insights and identify growth opportunities. Contributed to brand repositioning projects and new business pitches, and supported annual brand planning and the development of communication roadmaps. Responsible for managing newsletters and email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and external client communications while supporting product launches and marketing initiatives. Created PR and marketing materials, contributed to marketing strategies for new product launches, and collaborated with designers on online and print catalogs, product outlines, and visual assets. Assisted with website backend management in collaboration with the IT team, maintained product information and marketing files, and worked closely with international design brands including Frama, Ay Illuminate, Japth, Graypants, Seletti, and Piet Hein Eek within the lighting and furniture industry.

Management of the project’s social media accounts and creating social media content to communicate research progress and activities. Contributed to writing project reports and organizing community events, while maintaining communication with students and the broader project community. Worked with SPSS for statistical analysis and occasionally assisted in teaching statistics within the research methods program (at the University of Amsterdam).
