- Head of Quality Management - Report and dialogue regarding QM issues with the management - Establishing quality guidelines and standards - Budget planning and controlling - Coordinating and managing various projects

Development of a cross-brand and practice-oriented supplier guideline and instructional film about the optimal delivery of finished goods/garments

Project „shirt“ Analysis of in-house and competitor-shirts with regard to material quality, trimmings and workmanship - Derivation of optimisation potential - Specific recommendation for the processing of "easy-care" shirts and shirts with elastane - Extension of the laboratory tests to include specific tests for shirts

- Participation in all operational activities in QI finished garments and QI fabrics & trimmings (laboratory) - Participation in the strategy and planning for the reorganisation of the laboratory - Handling of the entire documentation of the laboratory results
