My strengths lie in my strong determination towards achieving goals, combined with my attention to detail in delivering results. From a young age, I was deeply engaged in piano performance, and my dedication continued throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies. This passion led to an opportunity to perform at the Young Euro Classic concert in Germany. By intuitively understanding the composer’s intent, analyzing the score, and expressing it through performance, I developed concentration and analytical skills. I also learned the importance of tackling challenges with full effort to achieve results. Since April 2024, I have been working as a Sales Assistant, handling up to 25 orders daily. I incorporated customer feedback to improve service methods and increase satisfaction. Additionally, I focused on building trust by acquiring extensive product knowledge. Through these experiences, I am confident that my skills in both analysis and problem-solving will enable me to contribute significantly to the marketing field. I am eager to take on new challenges and make a positive impact. My current role has provided me with valuable experience for web marketing. By analyzing customer feedback, I contributed to service improvements and satisfaction. I also identified customer needs and suggested improvements. Additionally, during my part-time job at Starbucks, I tailored my suggestions to customer needs, contributing to satisfaction and brand enhancement. These experiences helped me understand the importance of brand strategy and customer relations. During my time at university and graduate school, I studied music, developing my concentration and analytical skills, which I believe will support data analysis and strategic decision-making in my future career.
