Today, to master their Supply Chain, 70% of companies have already started a transformation of their supply chain process. This is exactly what I am trying to do at Société Générale. With the whole logistics team we are trying to integrate RFID technology. The ultimate goal is to identify and track the tagged furniture in near real time. This will improve visibility and forecasting of demand.
