I am mainly dealing with COBOTs (Collaborative Robots) with the system integrations. 1. Attending to new customer enquiries either through site visits or online to study their needs and requirements. 2. Conduct detailed study of the customer enquiries and to design solutions related to their needs within customer's budget. 3. Create proposals and costing study and to present it to customer either face to face or online meetings. 4. Prepared detailed drawings using Solidworks to design solutions for customer. 5. Work closely together with suppliers/ contractors to ensure designed solutions can be fabricated/assembled and tested within project timeline. 6. Follow up and attend to any technical issues/queries customer is facing. 7. Showcase and promote company products to new potential customers during the company's monthy social events and during company's exhibitions. 8. Provide guidance for the junior staff members in related design/mechanical technical matters.

Heat Exchanger Machineries Working under OMS Malaysia Sdn Bhd [A subsidiary of Revolucion Technology Sdn Bhd] 1. Malaysian representative for OMS Machinery Co Ltd. 2. Project Management of any new machine site installations. 3. First technical reference for Malaysian customers for any machine issues/breakdowns and will be involve in troubleshooting and rectifying any issues customer faced. 4. Maintaining strong relationship with all existing customers. 5. Provide training for customers on proper usage of machine. 6. Work closely with China counterparts to ensure the Malaysian side customer needs and requirements are met. [Machines mostly used in heat exchanger factories (Vertical Expander Machines, Horizontal Expander Machines, Hairpin Bender Machinea, CNC Tube Bender Machine, Copper Pipe Cutting Machines and more).]

General System Engineering Sdn Bhd is a renowned Custom Build Machine Engineering Fabricator in Malaysia. Job Scopes: 1. Develop, co-ordinate, monitor and manage all aspect of the project from design, fabrication, testing, site installation, commissioning, QC up until hand over / factory acceptance (FAT) and sales service. 2. To liaise with customer to understand their needs and requirements and to visit the site to understand the conditions. 3. Design systems or machines which cater to customer’s and company’s requirement in terms of productivity, cost savings and practicality. 4. To carry out system/ machine/ performance analysis supported with engineering calculation. 5. Completed 3 industrial oven designs and manage the site installation for the ovens for a medical plant in Kulim. 2. Completed the design of a fully pneumatic dipping system for a medical plant in Kulim. 3. Completed the Design for 2 types of conveyor system, 1 automated washing station and 3 customized automated machineries for a medical plant in Kulim.

Job Scope: 1. Implementing manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that facility supports APMSA strategic initiatives. 2. Reviewing, evaluating and improving existing machinery, facility and equipment. 3. Perform and meets effective maintenance system. 4. Conduct effective troubleshooting, problem solving and effective preventive measures. 5. To ensure all preventive maintenance are executed effectively. 6. Ensuring all AMS, TS16494 and ISO 140001 system are maintained. 7. Safety, ensuring all plant machinery, facility, is in safe operation. 8. Reports of important matter and solution. 9. Conduct training and equip subordinate with all the necessary requirements.

PPG Coatings Sdn Bhd is a paint production plant. 1st month: Quality Control Department. -Inspected the quality of raw materials entering the production plant to ensure standards has been met before it is used in the factory. 2nd & 3rd Month: Engineering Department. -Assisted in setting up a new software for the company which helps track every machine’s downtime and its corresponding technical problem. -Training the technicians in the production line to use the software. -Produced and updated operating instructions for machines used in the production line.
