▪ Oversee the overall planning and design management of data center projects, including defining design schemes, organizing design processes, and reviewing construction plans; manage HVAC equipment bidding. ▪ Conduct preliminary planning for data centers, including capacity and reliability analysis, as well as technical cost control. ▪ Establish, maintain, and iterate HVAC professional design management systems, design standards, and manuals for data centers. ▪ Research and apply new HVAC technologies within data centers. ▪ Manage the lifecycle design of data centers to ensure project timelines, optimize costs, and enhance quality. ▪ Provide technical support and communication on HVAC engineering at construction sites, ensuring the practicality of on-site solutions.

▪ Design and specify mechanical systems for data centres, such as Air-Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection systems for local and oversea project. ▪ Participation and make sure testing and commissioning of equipment/system such as Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, Integrated System Testing etc. been done according to the approved testing script ▪ Prepare relevant documents, design calculations and drawings for submissions to authorities ▪ Attend client-consultant, site and technical meetings ▪ Provide project management and construction supervision ▪ Review contractors' technical submissions of equipment/materials/drawings ▪ Conduct site inspections of installations ▪ Work with the clients' project team and fellow consultants to coordinate and detail project design requirement ▪ Be responsible for any duties that may be assigned from time to time ▪ Involvement in Green Field DC project in Singapore, Taiwan and Indonesia, Brown Field fit-out works and Testing & Commissioning for data halls in Singapore

▪ Responsible for technical direction, calculation and development of concept, space planning, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports for the projects ▪ Involve in project planning, management and supervision including cost control and subcontract works to meet the time, cost and quality objectives ▪ Ensure project meet authority standards ▪ Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects including tender/submission with target dates ▪ Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, main-cons, vendors & subcontractors on assigned projects from inception to completion

▪ Assist project managers in project planning and project management for M&E works ▪ Coordinate with main contractor and consultant and monitor work progress and schedule ▪ Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, preparation of all project costs, process project claims and monitor project budgets ▪ Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections

▪ To assist project manager in daily activities planning and coordination activities for Electrical and ACMV services with owner/main-con/consultant on the project sites. ▪ To ensure sub-contractors execute theirs work accurately in accordance to the approved shop drawing, technical submissions and checklist. ▪ To ensure the subcontractor works on site and coordinate delivery of material ensure timely arrival of goods to meet project installation schedules. ▪ To liaise and communicate effectively with all the related parties such as consultant, architect, main-con and other M&E services to solve some technical issues on site ▪ To carry out internal testing and inspection with site supervisor for theelectrical switchboard and light fitting installation for electrical services whereas VRF System for Air Cond and mechanical ventilation system ▪ To carry out T&C inspection for Electrical and ACMV services with clerk of work in order to handover to client.
