As an Educational Leadership Consultant for Alpha Phi, I travel to chapters nationwide to provide assistance and training to members in the areas of: recruitment, fraternity education, officer and leadership training, as well as both member and chapter development. I facilitate leadership development workshops, chapter meetings, and executive council meetings. I help develop a brand image for each chapter that is visible on their campus. I maintain ample communication with the International Executive Office, chapter members, and volunteers. I am also a liason between the chapter members, University and Greek life staff members, and Executive office staff members.

Alpha Phi International Fraternity is a sisterhood of outstanding women supporting one another in lifelong achievement. Founded at Syracuse University in 1872, Alpha Phi was one of the first Greek societies for women and was a founding member of the National Panhellenic Conference. The organization is comprised of 160 collegiate chapters and more than 135 alumnae chapters throughout the United States and Canada.
