Built core sourcing infrastructure and processes to support brand growth, margin targets, and supplier performance. • Drove sourcing strategies that supported brand growth from $1B to $2B+ in sales, by aligning to evolving business priorities, optimizing supplier performance, and enabling scalable, cost-effective growth. • Achieved a 330BP YoY COGS reduction by executing competitive RFPs, optimizing supply chain efficiency, implementing commodity escalator/de-escalator mechanisms, and leading high-impact supplier negotiations. • Designed and launched sourcing tools including Cost Savings Reports, COGS Trackers, Vendor Scorecards, Crop Calendars, Commodity Reports, and an NDA/MPLA Database. • Developed and rolled out the Sprouts Brand RACI framework and formalized sourcing processes for vendor vetting & onboarding, RFIs/RFPs, business contracts, and cost change management. • Focused on these key areas: supplier relationship management, cost negotiation & margin protection, risk mitigation, assurance of supply, logistics efficiency, and sustainable sourcing. • Managed the Grocery (Center Store) department from December 2022 to December 2023.
