Kaede Majima

Entered Oberlin University in 2017. While in university, I belonged to the student organizations GS and Buddy's, and supported international students and planned exchange events. From 2018 to 2019, I studied abroad at the University of Memphis for about a year. While studying abroad, I started my own blog and successfully monetized it by writing gadget reviews. Based on this achievement, I was engaged in launching a website for a small nursing care business, and managed it until March 2023. (https://shonancarestage.jp/) After graduating from Oberlin University in March 2021, I joined Signpost Co., Ltd. Worked in product parts procurement as a procurement officer in the AI cash register department. I was also responsible for assembling prototypes and managing parts inventory. In September 2023, we began procuring parts for mass-produced products as part of the materials department at NHK MEC Corporation. I proposed cost reduction measures and achieved a 3% cost reduction in parts. Served as an IT committee member and introduced communication tools to promote IT within the company.
