• Following up Process / Product and Supplier Qualities on the Production line and Test Center. • Responsible only BIS (Before In Service - Zero Mileage) Quality Issues. • Ensure updated relevant documents / instructions, procedures are implemented in the system and using in all stations. • Performing Audits, PFMEAs', Corrective Action Plans / Requests, Fish Bone, 8D, SPCs' on critical stations, efficiencies and salvage ratios. • Issuing Noncomformity reports for rejected / reworked / repaired parts to all suppliers with proven measurement docs.

• Involving sales, taking care of customer’s problem, and making unique improvements for increasing the sales. • Proposal preparation, technical supervision, development of design, inspection and coaching team members.

• Organizing the department for the following sales, involving sales, giving support for advertising, and marketing. • Managing the inventory, preparing technical reports based on supply-demand curve, supporting customer service.
