My primary role is to take charge of hiring activities under my care across the ASEAN and ANZ region. These include countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. Roles cover a variety of domains such as Engineering & IT, Renewable Energy, Sales & Corporate Support roles. I also work with the hiring managers on issues relating to sourcing such as recruitment strategies, market benchmarks, and formulation of new roles within the organization.

Working in tandem with tech organizations to set up their office in Asia or Singapore; with a focus on sourcing for regional Sales roles ( Enterprise Sales, Alliance Sales, Partner Sales, Channel Sales, Commercial, White Space & Pre-sales ).

Working with clients in developing Talent Acquisition & HR strategies with the objective of retaining and attracting talent. These include projects such as campus hiring strategies, employee value proposition & performance management process.

Leading a team consisting of a Recruiter and Coordinator, I was responsible for the TA function across APAC including ANZ. Collaborated with Regional HR Leads to drive an integrated campus recruitment strategy which would kickstart in Singapore. Formulated a n exhaustive hiring process for the region from scratch.

Was responsible for leading the local HR team consisting of 3 HR Executives and accountable for all HR matters such as resourcing, performance management and payroll pertaining to Singapore office. Managed 2 companies : Havi Logistics and Havi Bakery

Seconded to Microsoft via Arvato. I was responsible for a TA team comprising of 4 Recruiters, working on various assignments and projects with multiple clients. My immediate task was to support in overhauling the HR team and lead the hiring of personnel in several large scale projects in procurement, logistics, IT and Call Center.
