Responsible for leading process improvement initiatives through facilitating Kaizen events, creating processes, and leading cost reduction initiatives. I am also responsible for leading various supply chain projects

Currently responsible for facility start up’s, facility transitions, facility shut downs, and leading other operational projects. Responsibilities include creating project plans using Microsoft Project, developing project budgets and obtaining customer and internal agreement, providing ongoing communication with customers and internally to upper management. Also responsible for working collaboratively with different internal business areas to ensure deadlines are met and project is under budget. Responsible for leading continuous improvement projects for our Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities included management of the concrete weight ring manufacturing operation and plastics department, which entailed the supervision of 60 employees, providing assistance to the Plant Manager with production issues and continuous improvement projects, and overseeing safety, quality, and daily production requirements.

As General Manager, I managed 25 employees across three shifts in a concrete weight ring manufacturing operation for Electrolux, following their acquisition of Clarion Technologies. General responsibilities included Human Resources, Load Coordinator, and Accounting. Taking on additional responsibility as the Business Improvement Advocate, for the Webster City, IA, distribution center, my responsibilities included working with employees to create best practices, standard work, and productivity standards.
