I was able to focus in on my real passions, and pinpoint the focus of my role to employee engagement and event management for our corporation. I am excited for this new role and cannot wait to give our employees the best experience possible while they work so hard to do what is best for the members of our credit union!

Event Management Wellness Program Management Benefits Administration Training and Development team Employee and Manager coaching Working at Midwestern University, I started out as the HR Coordinator. In this role, I helped with recruitment, I owned processes such as the hiring/time keeping/payment of student workers on campus, I coordinated monthly in-services for all employees, and helped with other duties as assigned. Later, I moved into a specialist role, where I focused on Benefits and Wellness. I was the point person for day-to-day benefits inquiries by employees, but the majority of my time was spent focused creating, coordinating and managing the employee wellness program. This involved several events monthly, both for our Arizona and Illinois campuses. This also included partnering with the Student Services department often to put on joint events for both students and employees.
