Manage daily operations and customer engagement in the retail store. Provide exceptional customer service for orders, replacement items, and technical inquiries.

Assist in managing 27 reps over 9 territories throughout North America, including goal creation & tracking, training materials, sales reports, and creating promotions.

Work closely with the Division Manager to promote the sales of verticality and headlamp product lines.

Manage key accounts in addition to retail floor sales, building contractor sales, and lighting package designs.
