As a Programme Associate at Hult Prize, I contribute to the end-to-end planning and execution of regional and campus-level competitions, managing logistics, vendor partnerships, speaker and judge coordination, volunteer teams, and live event operations. This role has strengthened my ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-impact events in fast-paced environments, while expanding my global network across the entrepreneurship and social innovation ecosystem.

Established an initiative dedicated to providing sports equipment to underprivileged children, with a mission to ensure access to essential sports goods as a vital part of childhood development. Conducted two successful donation drives in collaboration with Little Flower School, Gurgaon. Partnered with non-profit organization REcycle to supply bicycles to children in need, further expanding the initiative’s impact on youth empowerment and mobility.

Managed volunteer teams, raised funds for weekly ration and medical treatment of sick and injured animals. Helped in the adoption process through documentation and worked for more than 200 hours over the span of 5 years

Led weekly sessions, teaching entrepreneurial concepts and engaging students in economic discussions. Collaborated with the Doon School Stock Exchange Society, led engaging sessions on drop-shipping and stock market investment

In the capacity as the Executive Director (2024): Led the Conference, managing event execution, and overlooking 500 delegates while cor-ordinating with all committees for a smooth execution of debate and discussion

Appointed as the Chairperson of COP 29. Led a futuristic simulation of the committee, discussing financial implications of combating climate change

Recorded the day to day transactions and complete the posting process with practical training. Got insights into the professional environment and built strong communications skills

In the capacity as the Vice-President (2023): Oversaw planning and coordination for the school's premier business event. Led the inaugural and closing ceremonies, interviewed and led Q/A sessions with the Chief Guest

In my capacity as the Deputy Chairperson of the "United Nations Population Fund", I was tasked with the responsibility to extensively research on the agenda at hand; " Discussing the drastic increase in sexual violence; with Special emphasis on making various health provisions for pregnant survivors." and further create the background guide for the delegates prior to the conference. Moreover, during the simulation of the UN committee, I was further handed the responsibility for marking chits and the General Speaker's List.

Analysed growth trends in client portfolios, monitored insurance transactions, and prepared detailed client investment reports. Gained practical insights into growth trends in client portfolios, further enhancing my knowledge of the market
