•Carry out preventive and corrctive maintenace of manufacturing equipement in the field of hygiene,ensuring the proper functioning of napkin machines and jaw paper machines . •perform precision adjustments on hydraulic systems ,as well as electrical tests to evalute resistance and amprage .to maintain optimal equipement performance . •Carry out repairs and remplacements of dective parts ,folloing standardzied metchodologies and based on detailed plans and diagrams. •Contribute to process improvement by participating in the creation of programs on PLCs such as Siemens :S7-300/S7-400/S7-1200/S7-1500. and Rochkwel Allen Bradlly . •Provide traning on automation interfaces ,including HMI and SCADA ,with emphasis on software modification performed using platforms such as STEP 7/TIA portal,RS Logix 500/5000. Select the appropriate communication networks and protocols between drives and controllers to ensure effective system integration . •Ensure the loading of reports and intervene in the Coswin maintenance mangrment software to document intervention and monitor the status of equipent. Collaborate with production technicians to make specific adjustments ,such as those related to printing ,volume or paper folding . Take the intitiave to mange the sorting of used parts to ensure the availbilty of componets necessary for maintenance . Actively participate in the devlopement of projects by contributing to the devlopment of specification and providing technical support in the planning and implementation of development initiatives .

Using a monitoring and planning system is essential for the preventive maintenace of plastic injection presses , thus ensuring efficient management of maintenace activities and maximization of equipment uptime . Develop a particular interest in systematic maintenance ,including chercking and monitoring tanks and other critical componnents ,to ensure the reliability and performance of injection presses . Ensure corrective maintenance of handling robots (Robo Suprot) by mking the nescessary adjustments ,as well as corrective maintenance of injection presses . This involves troubleshooting elctrical problems ,replacing or repairing mold parts,and performing accurate hydraulic diagnostic using appropriate instrumentation . Take initiative in maintaining drive elctronic boards in good working order ,including control and power boards ,to ensure the stability and performance of control systems. Perform advanced diagnostics on controllers to quickly indenify issues and implement effective solutions , helping to minimze downtime and maximize productivity . Cordinate with production technician to load machine formats appropriately ,ensuring smooth transition between diffrent production types and maximum process efficieny .

Contribute to the establishment of new machinery installation , providing technical support in the installation configuration and commissiong of equipemnt to ensure it is optimal operation from the start . Master the use of mechanical , electrical and hydraulic maintenance tools.ensuring their safe and effcient handling to carry out the necessary maintenance and repair operations . Participate in internal maintenance training ,particulary in the areas of elctricity ,mechanics and hydraulics ,in order to continually improve skills and stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices . Carry out wiring of elctrical cabinets for manufacturing equipment the agri -food sector , ensuring elctrical installation complies with current standars and regulation to ensure the safety and reliabity of operations. Assist in the repair of piping circuits . providing technical support in diagnosig and resolving problems ,to maintain the proper . Asist in the repair of piping ciruits , providing technical support in diagnosting and resolving problems ,to maintain the proper functioning of plumbing and fluid systms. Actively participate in the preventive maintenace of boilers and ensure the safety of their opration ,by carrying out regular inspection , adjustment and maintenance interventions to prevent breakdowns and ensure compiance with safety standards.
