I am a qualified Electrical Engineer working as a Project and Support Engineer at Ramjack, where I focus on optimizing mining operations through advanced technology solutions.In my current role, I am responsible for analysing project and account plans, coordinating site resources, and supporting the full lifecycle of system deployments — from installation and commissioning to performance testing and customer training. I work closely with account and project teams to ensure deliverables are met within scope, while maintaining site safety compliance and technical standards.I provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot product applications, and deliver training to customer staff — ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge software and hardware solutions in the mining environment.Outside of work, I am passionate about continuous learning, exploring new software tools, and building skills that enhance my capabilities and productivity. I am dedicated to contributing to the success of Ramjack and the mining industry as a whole, and I look forward to growing in this dynamic and ever-evolving field.
