Working closely with business teams and leading a team of 9 developers and designers across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Mainland China to provide solutions for the delivery of the company's core financial product in a fast-paced agile environment.

- Oversaw the leading international streaming platform's web application development and maintenance projects including third-party OAuth/OTP integration, data tracking implementation and A/B testing set-up. Engaged with stakeholders from cross-functional teams including Product, Project, Business and Design. - Led a team of 7 developers to ensure the successful merger of two websites into one by rebuilding it in 5 months using React.js, Next.js, and Material UI. - Improved the website’s core web vital for better SEO performance and user experience through the implementation of Material Design and tech stack migration. - Collaborated with the DevOps and Automation team to set up a CI/CD process. - Reduced deployment issues by setting up local development environments with Docker. - Developed webview to support mobile app development using JSBrigde that serves as a bridge between JS and Native.

- Adhering to Agile methodology standards, coordinated with development teams in India and Guangzhou on the frontend development and backend integration of the Faster Payment System (FPS) project. - Conducted regression testing using Selenium, Node.js, Nightwatch, and Cucumber.

- Revamped the e-marketing system using Java, Redis, PHP, and MySQL. - Managed and delivered e-commerce related projects. Provided training for customers and internal staff. - Developed mobile apps using the Ionic Framework, Node.js, and AngularJS. - Performed system analysis, design, development and data migration of internal systems. Managed daily billing operations with the finance team.
