Proven skills and knowledge in attending to lab studies pertaining to trouble shooting jobs in pulping, bleaching, stock preparation and chlorine-di-oxide generation plants etc. Thorough with the various calibration methods for calibration of laboratory glass ware and preparation various stand solutions utilized in Pulp & Paper Process Control Lab Conversant with Quality Environment and Safety Management and ERP-SAP Systems. Proficiency in MIS Reports generation and submission.  Checking of Raw Material Analysis like coal, cinder, Hcl, Soap Stone Powder, Caustic Soda Lye, Rosin, Alum, Starch, Burnt Lime, Hypo, white liquor, Black Liquor.  Taking active part in alchemical trails at paper machine like AKD, ASA and any other special chemicals like Bio sides Retention aids etc  Testing of paper (, Uncoated & Coated Board  Quality Auditing in pre & post manufacturing area i.e. checking of pulp in Pulpmill, Stockpreparation at different stages and checking of paper at Rewinder, Cutters & Finishing area .  Coordination with Production Dept in conducting analysis and trial in achieving good quality.  Overall activities of Quality Control in Manufacturing, Converting and Finishing Operations of In-Process and Final Products.  Surprise checking of finishers in PAPER FINISHING AREA.  Root cause analysis of customer complaint and feed back to marketing people.  Capability of investigating defects like SPECKS, SHADE VARIATION etc.
