Drive BIM implementation on all projects. Participate in proposals preparations for digital offerings. Develop comprehensive training plans, materials, and tools. Perform audits on projects to ensure compliance with standards and liaise outcomes with Design Center heads. Collaborate to develop automated audit tools and new scripts, applications, and advanced programs for BIM, ensuring they are run on a regular basis. Establish BIM standards, policies, and procedures. Research and integrate new BIM trends into ongoing BIM operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare BIM execution plans and project-specific training documentation. • Provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team as the proficiency in using BIM authoring tools. • Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required. • Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams. • Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set-up. • Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support. • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines. • Daily model management administration and maintenance. • Understand and execute government standards by implementing them during the virtual design and construction phase. • Manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information. Duties and Responsibilities: • Modeling and production of shop drawings using Revit. • Coordinating with different disciplines. • Reviewing BIM models and producing clash reports from Navisworks. • Creating Revit families to match the approved material submittals. • Troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with the consultant and project team. • Attending the coordination meetings Project: • New Giza university – Egypt.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Execute and supervise site work in accordance with the executive drawings. • Solve site problems and predict coming conflicts and prepare appropriate solutions. • Authority of agreement with contractors on the cost of works execution in coordination with the head of Department. • Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project. • Responsible for making shop drawings and quantities survey. • Prepare weekly invoices for sub-contractor.
