About
I've been making digital games since I started my Associate's Degree in Informational Technology at Instituto Federal do Rio de Janeiro, in 2019. I’ve experimented a lot with different sides of game development since, but ended up landing on design as my true home. Looking to deepen my understanding in the area, I enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies at Universidade Federal Fluminense, one of the best schools for Communication in Brazil. I also study for an Associate's Degree in Digital Games at Belas Artes, in order to acquire more specialized knowledge in Games. This gave me the opportunity to make great connections and participate in events like Rio2C 2023. I'm currently still pursuing my degrees. In 2023, I could take my first step into the industry by landing an internship at Gazeus Games as a Game Design Intern, working on Dominoes Battle. It was an experience of deep learning where I could test my knowledge by getting my hands dirty in a live game with great mentors to help me through everything. I'm currently looking foward to my next oportunity in the industry. Games are my favorite art medium; I see it as an interactive and creative way to tell stories and bring people together. Usually, I’m up to anything when it comes to gaming, as long as I can experience something new or spend time with good people. Other things in my day to day life include reading fiction books, watching (mostly) horror movies, scrapbooking and listening to questionable music. I also love to tender to my cacti and create art through crochet!
