I have joined IT in 1999 as an Engineer Developer, with a background in science. My current position as Director, Consulting Services allows me to manage all commitments to my clients: • Business (client relationship, business development, business plan, bid manager, trusted advisor) • Delivery (project management, fixed price model, commitment & stakeholder management) • Human resources (follow-up and satisfaction, workforce management, career development) I have a strong capacity to manage teams as well as deliverables in a fixed-priced business model, all the while respecting quality, deadlines and budgets, in complex situations (complex organizations, international collaboration, offshore delivery model).
