Sourcer • Partnering with TA leadership team and business stakeholders to drive demand planning, enabling proactive forecasting of future recruitment needs. • Strong understanding of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GEM, Belong, Evangelist, StackOverflow, Boolean Search etc. • Expertise in scouting for talent in tech and GTM, supporting building a diverse pipeline for Backend, Frontend, Android, Technical Architect, Engineering Manager, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Account Executive - SMB, MM, ENT, LENT, Marketing Lead and Head of India, Sales. • Successfully placed Backend ENG, Engineering Managers, AE - SMB, MM and Marketing Lead. • Helped grow the India team from 40 to 120+ Executive Search • Part of Slack’s executive search team, supporting hiring executives and senior leaders. • Sourcing and pre-screening RC candidates to grow the team in the APJ region, served as the Onboarding Lead for 4 Recruiting Coordinators. • Trained newly hired recruiting coordinators in using ATS (Greenhouse), scheduling software (Goodtime), scheduling workflow, and contract generation (Docusign) during the onboarding process. • Won FY22 Slack Recruiting Award for process improvement and highest interview schedules.

• Scheduling interviews across various time zones for Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams across JAPAC. • Act as a point of contact for all candidates and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience during the interview process and if successful, during their onboarding. • Offer management and managing the pre-onboarding process for all offered candidates. • Strategizing, improving and streamlining recruiting processes in India and APAC. • Partnering with large-scale recruitment projects across functional teams for process improvement. • Led the effort in training more interviewers for the engineering team, build a diverse interviewer pipeline, which resulted in faster turnaround, decreased interviewer burnout, and better candidate experience.
