For as long as I can remember, my work has been rooted in one simple belief: people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and connected. Whether I’ve been building culture inside large organizations, leading communications that unite teams, or creating avenues where individuals feel they belong, my career has centered around inclusion, development and community. Over ~18 years in communications and people‑culture leadership, I’ve had the privilege of helping teams find their voice, shape their identity and grow with confidence. I’ve led programs that foster inclusion, strengthened cross‑cultural understanding and created growth pathways for people to develop skills and step into their potential. I move value these instances where human connection and meaningful impact intersect. Across roles at KPMG, I’ve designed culture‑building initiatives and managed relationships across cultures, regions and perspectives. What I’ve learned is that communities — whether inside an organization or out in the world — thrive when we invest in them intentionally.
