Handling the entire recruiting cycle- souring, screening, Head Hunting, interviewing and placing qualified talent. • Handling multiple requirements independently. • Pre screening of potential candidates in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration. • Coordinating with the clients regarding the requirements and feedbacks. • Handling and managing team. • Meeting with the clients. • Taking the preliminary round of HR interview so as to judge the communication skills ,suitability and other required key skills of the candidate. • Also experienced in working for internal requirements of the organization. • Managing candidates and client information. • Maintaining and updating database .
