I was a member of the central purchasing team for the organization which encompassed 3 separate, agricultural manufacturing facilities. Proudly served the State, organization, and community in monitoring and assisting in the safety and security operations surrounding the incarceration of maximum security offenders (both general population and mentally disabled, over 1,000 in total). 1. Was tasked with accountability for financial activities (to include weekly FP&A reporting, budget analysis, inventory control and analysis, and detailed project cost quotations) for the Military Products Division contracted on the AN/TPY-2 mobile radar power generation platform for Raytheon. 1. Involved in financial and production aspects of Power Prime Units 13-22 as well as responsible for several separate quotations of parts orders exceeding $1M in value each. 2. Responsible for the recovery of over $100K in lost revenue due to uncovered errors in predecessors processes; reviewed, revised and improved reporting process. 3. Established Supplier performance benchmarking metrics. 4. Assisted CFO in the creation and compilation of a new P&L statement template and reporting. 5. Active participant in the development & integration of the Enercon Production System in organizational operations; a metric based performance assessing tool modeled after the successful Toyota Production System.

Contracted team member of the Conflict Minerals/Reach ROHS compliance project effort for Caterpillar, Inc. as a Project Management Analyst / Lead during the initial wave of successful regulatory conformance (2014). 1. While performing work for Accounting, was responsible for the accurate reconciliation of over $2B in 2013 direct material spend at various CAT manufacturing sites across the globe aiding in the successful compliance to CM/RR effort. 2. Assisted / led the migration of central supplier information reporting database between MS Access and Oracle. 3. Aided in the development of process maps for the compliance project.

Managed multiple continuous improvement (DMAIC, DFSS, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping) projects while delivering Lean Six Sigma training courses to Yellow Belts, Green Belts, and Project Champions and providing guidance on operational excellence to executive leadership. Accomplishments include: 1. Management of multiple cross-functional projects and delivering quantifiable bottom-line results; created forecasting, capacity optimization (linear programming), and production system based models to improve financial planning for 2 separate functional areas including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Throughput Rate, and Cycle Time metrics, among others. 2.
