Carried out an NPS survey of all our customers that received a response rate of over 70% and showed that more than 80% of the responders were evangelists of the product. Reduced customer support overhead costs by over 30%, by setting up macro email responses for common customer issues. Grew customer engagement by instituting a new customer onboarding process, which included an in-person introduction, update emails, and preemptive calls to minimize churn. Saved over 10 hours a week of support team time by spec’ing out and implementing an automated email and text alert system to alert parkers of upcoming events. Lowered home site’s bounce rate by 30%, increased new site sessions by 10%, and boosted monthly parking sales by producing actionable insights with customer data using Google Analytics.
