Key Responsibilities - Managing and developing export sales across international markets - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors and key accounts - Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with international partners - Coordinating export orders end-to-end - from quotation and production planning to delivery and invoicing - Overseeing payment terms, credit limits, and risk management in cooperation with finance - Monitoring market trends, competition, and customer needs in export markets - Cooperating closely with production, logistics, quality, and product development teams - Supporting partners with product selection, technical documentation, and commercial guidance - Handling escalations, claims, and customer issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner - Representing the company during meetings, trade fairs, and international visits

- building and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate customers - coordination of order processing, - managing customer priority and be an interface between customer and manufacturing site - support with various reports and sales data analysis - shipment planning, support for the logistics department - coordinating Agent's commission payments - representation the company during international and domestic trade shows: ie INDEX Dubai, Warsaw Home - direct meetings with clients through business trips - organisation of business partners' visits at the company’s plant and head office - managing international shipments - issuing invoices and customs documents

- responsible for the company's compliance with the applicable requirements of the FSC system standards - keeping the current balance of raw materials and finished products - planning and responsibility for the implementation of training in the field FSC CoC - representing the company during the audits issued by Certification Body - verifying Suppliers' certificates - maintaining and updating the register of Suppliers of FSC certified raw materials - conducting controlled sales of FSC certified products
