I joined Prudential Services Singapore in May 2021, where I focus on analytics initiatives across Operational Services and Risk Analytics. I lead the development and enhancement of the Infrastructure Operations Health & SLA Performance Dashboard, an enterprise platform used by business and technology teams across Asia and Africa. The dashboard provides real‑time visibility into infrastructure stability, SLA performance, and emerging operational risks—empowering teams to make informed decisions, strengthen governance, and manage Prudential’s technology partners more effectively. My work bridges data engineering, analytics, and operational strategy, helping the organisation move from reactive reporting to proactive, insight‑driven performance management.

o Member of system operation team to support existing analytic platform/application serving Singapore’s public healthcare analytical needs. o Working with system custodian and business stakeholders to understand business and analytical needs (Change Request) on existing analytics application. o Change request/Project management, technical impact analysis by studying the system process and architecture in doing project costing estimation. o Provide technical solutioning to business stakeholders (proof of concept). o Solution development and testing. o Work with business users on user acceptance testing. o Work with change advisory board on solution deployment. o Handling technical refresh for existing reporting application running on SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS migration). o Provide guidance to junior team member.

o Part of a project team to setup Global Data Warehouse. o The Data Warehouse’s objective is to help commercial business users to get timely and accurate commercial reports to assist on crucial business decision making. o Work closely with project manager to acquire business requirements with commercial business users from multiple regions. o Work closely with IT counterparts from different terminals to understand the source of data for respective commercial reporting. o Provide solution in supporting source data mapping and dimensional data modelling design. o Working with vendor in designing the data warehouse infrastructure to support the commercial business reporting requirements. o Responsible on the ETL technical design aspect of the data warehouse. o Responsible on source data validation process flow and rules design. o Responsible on the ETL development of the data warehouse. o Responsible on the system integration and testing of the data warehouse. o Responsible on the User Acceptance Testing of the data warehouse. o Work closely with production rollout team and responsible on the production rollout of the data warehouse.

Actively involved in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence project phases such as gather client’s business requirement, analyzing and mapping source data, design logical data model and physical data model, develop data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) using multiple tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Informatica Powercenter 8.6, create dashboard and analytics report using multiple tools such as Microstrategy and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Infor PM 10, conduct end user training, and also code deployment to production in banking and manufacturing environment.
