My role with IMEG is to leverage my experience to deliver on our values through my engineering efforts, and through mentorship and guidance of junior engineers and BIM modelers. Specific duties include: • Provide comprehensive design services to clients including master-planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and estimating support, and construction administration. • Ensure compliance with all local and national codes, and all material codes adopted by reference. • Perform structural engineering analysis, design, detailing and modeling. Ensure strength and serviceability (vibrations, drifting and other movement in concert with other building components) are satisfactory to the building's owner's needs and wishes. • Prepare construction document drawings, specifications, and other reports. • Leverage advanced software to provide synergistic integration and coordination of analysis, design, and construction documentation. • Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices and standards are adhered to so that quality design documents are delivered. • Utilize industry best practices as well as new, proprietary innovations in pursuit of IMEG's commitment to SE2050 (carbon neutral buildings by 2050).

● Perform increasingly difficult calculations requiring independent application of scientific principals. ● Independently perform assignments involving a limited choice of alternative methods or procedures. ● Prepare design sketches for use by CAD technicians; check drawings for technical accuracy. ● Applies technical skills to solve a wide range of problems within structural engineering discipline. ● Proficient in the use of standard office and structural design software. ● Aware of and trained on advance structural design software. ● Be aware of and meet quality schedule and budget expectation for the project. ● Prepare technical reports or studies for routine assignments and assist with portions of complex assignments. ● Coordinate, direct, and check the work of technicians or other assigned professionals. ● Familiar with the most commonly used specifications within structural engineering discipline. Assist in preparation of assigned specifications sections. ● Prepare or assist in the preparation of construction cost estimates within technical discipline. ● Coordinate field work necessary on routine projects, including surveys, checking, inspection, etc. ● Seek potential leads on professional assignments and be alert to increases in scope of work. ● Assist PM on single-discipline projects. ● Assist in preparation of technical articles for publication. ● Assist in routine client/business development issues and project administration tasks as directed by group leader or PM. ● Responsible for stamping work product.

● Larson Missouri Specializes in highly custom large scale projects which has developed: ● Ability to work in larger teams within Larson and outside; ● Provide design assist with extrusions, systems selection, and anchorage methods; ● Designing efficient unitized systems to clad large scale buildings; ● Integration of numerous cladding systems into a seamless envelope; and ● Management of large budgets, dividing into individual phases, and tracking and monitoring to deliver sequences of calculation packages on time and within budget. ● Designed numerous types of cladding construction: aluminum and steel panels, composite panels, perforated panels, curtain wall frames, storefront frames, unitized systems, window systems, stone and terracotta panels, GFRC Panels, light gauge steel and wood framing, and glass in various applications (guardrails, point supported, continuously supported, all glass walls, and canopies). ● Specialized areas of expertise include fall arrest design, seismic design, and blast design (GSA & DoD). ● Operated primarily in small design teams and maintained relationships with clients providing start to finish services including preliminary design consulting, bidding and estimating, calculation preparation, shop drawing preparation, and construction assistance (field fixes and expanded scope of work). ● Trained and managed incoming employees and staff the trade of curtain wall design.

● Designed using numerous types of construction including: steel, wood, masonry, precast concrete, cast in place concrete, steel joist, and light gauge steel framing. ● Gained the ability to coordinate with and better understand overall building needs through experience with in-house: architects, plumbing engineers and electrical engineers. ● Regularly performed site visits/ inspections and wrote field reports.

●Worked on all phases of structural design from schematic-design, through all calculations, to specifying particular products/qualities, drawing details for draftsmen and checking shop drawings. ●Worked on a variety of different projects types including commercial, office, residential, and lifting and rigging for construction. ●Designed steel framed buildings (both hot rolled and cold formed steel), also worked with concrete and masonry via retaining wall and foundation designs.

● Directed and organized crew members to effectively and efficiently frame buildings. ● Have framed in excess of 50 homes, and five apartments/condominiums. ● Coordinated projects while working closely with expediters, sales persons, and other tradesmen.
