Assisted Agency Principal in inspecting a loss to a major retail outlet after suffering a huge flood loss. Accompanied Golden Eagle's commercial insurance property inspector while making the rounds on existing business clients. Managed the entire personal lines department (after losing 2 employees to insurance fraud) for 3 to 4 months. I was recognized for my perception after uncovering the 2nd employee's involvement in insurance fraud. Used my gut instinct and research skills to determine that another employee was conducting fraudulent activities. On occasion I managed and lead weekly team meetings. Had close relationship with Agency Principal and was allowed input in the development of the Agency. Attended numerous Agents Alliance meetings after work.
