The sale was a highly complex transaction consisting of cash & units allocation, assumption of debt, along with a favorable earn out formula. After the commodity price collapse shortly after the sale of EFS to the publicly traded company, in December 2015 Justin and the executive team managed the re-purchase of EFS/RPS back from the publicly traded company at a fraction of what it was sold for in June 2014. We then subsequently were able to once again orchestrate the sale of EFS/RPS to a very well respected private equity group in the first quarter of 2016 significantly enhancing shareholder value in each transaction. Erick Flowback Services (EFS) is a dynamic, fast growing oil field services company based in Kingfisher, OK. EFS provides well testing, pressure control, flowback, completions and production work to many of the premier oil and gas companies in North America. As CFO Justin is responsible for over seeing all financial affairs of a company that generates in excess of $125 million in annual revenue and over 600 personnel. Justin is the primary risk officer of the company and the steward of the balance sheet. He is responsible for all capital market transactions including financing, mergers, acquisitions and asset divestitures, along with providing strategic vision of a rapidly growing oil and gas services company. EFS has operations in 8 states covering most all major unconventional oil/gas basins.
