Curated a list of competitor product specifications and performed a detailed analysis of the LED street lantern market in Malaysia. Explored emerging lighting technologies and delivered a presentation on smart lighting to the sales team and executives. Applied SIRIM QAS International and Malaysian Civil Department (JKR) accreditation for T5 and street lantern products. Performed sales pitch of street lanterns to local town councils over the phone while enabling the company to develop an understanding of the local regulations and requirements.

Worked in a team that aimed to streamline paper-based processes and transform them into digital workflows for stakeholders from different departments around the university. Delivered value to customers by understanding their needs and providing an improved workflow in an Agile manner thereafter. Reduced the operational costs and improved efficiency of at least four departments across campuses in Australia, Malaysia and South Africa.
