As Director of Engagement, I lead marketing, event coordination, and stakeholder relationships to grow Unleashed Mindset's transformative programs and experiences. My focus spans promoting cohorts, workshops, and elite events; managing student and graduate communities; and overseeing billing and accounts receivable. I ensure that every client, partner, and program participant receives a world-class experience. I serve as a key brand ambassador and operational leader, helping expand the reach of a mission-driven organization dedicated to optimizing human potential.

As Talent Acquisition Lead, I drive recruiting and talent sourcing efforts in support of Midas Wealth's growth objectives. My work includes identifying and sourcing prospective candidates, with a focus on financial advisor talent. Responsible for managing outreach, recruitment coordination, and onboarding. I bring a human-first approach to connecting the right people with the right opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.

Oversaw five Multicultural Affinity Groups while partnering with group leaders to drive key diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout all four NYC network and district offices.
