A Curious Collective was our concept shop and gallery in Brunswick Heads. Set up by a group of curious artists, collectors and makers. We collected and curated treasures, and hosted exhibitions, workshops and events that encouraged locals to share their creativity.

* Very involved in the creative direction of two publications (SL and Y magazines) * Conceptualised, art directed and styled all photographic shoots for both magazine titles * Briefed and liaised with photographers, illustrators, make up artists and model agencies * Managed budgets for fashion pages * Liaised with all fashion clients and PR companies * Checked repro and colour corrected proofs before going to print monthly * AWARDS * Mondi Magazine Award: Stylist of the Year, 2001 * Mondi Magazine Award: Stylist of the Year, 2000

As talent manager, and business development, she built the candidate base and also developed great relationships with design agencies and advertising agencies. FBI Talent Co is now highly competitive in the design recruitment space. In her time there she made a great number of high profile permanent placements, and she ran a very busy freelance pool. Justine is a committed people person and loves the 'match-making' side to this role, priding herself on finding the right 'fit' for both clients and candidates.
