* Audited and adjusted each domestic store within the retail store master for accurate routing and delivery information * Designed, implemented, and documented an online inventory database to effectively maintain store supplies in support of the launch of the New York City flagship store * Prepared and coordinated the transportation vendor bidding process in all aspects essential to opening the bid

* Semester long group project where we analyzed Harvest Hope’s total output of items and volunteer utilization * Used process simulation software to evaluate potential alternatives in regards to operational effectiveness * Presented modifications to the company that projected to increase volunteer productivity by over 18%
